 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3063
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3063,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    in  subsection  (a)  of  Sec. 103-5 of Section 5 by inserting
 4    after "trial" the following:
 5    "or an oral demand for trial on the record".
