 1        AN   ACT  regarding  housing  for  elderly  and  disabled
 2    persons.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  1.  Short  title.   This Act may be cited as the
 6    Housing Modification Program for Elderly and Disabled Persons
 7    Act.
