7 on page 4, by replacing lines 13 through 15 with the
8 following:
9 "United States territory,"; and
10 by replacing line 34 on page 4 and lines 1 and 2 on page 5
11 with the following:
12 "United States territory."; and
13 on page 8, by deleting lines 5 through 32; and
14 on page 9, by deleting lines 1 through 17.
