          Appropriates $1 to the Department of Human  Services  for
      the  purposes  of the Mental Health Worker Certification Act.
      Effective July 1, 1998.

 1        AN ACT making appropriations.
 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount as
 5    may  be  necessary,  is appropriated from the General Revenue
 6    Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purposes  of
 7    the Mental Health Worker Certification Act.
 8        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect July
 9    1, 1998.
