          Appropriates the sum of $1 from the General Revenue  Fund
      to  the  Capital  Development  Board  to  make grants for the
      purposes of the Parks Aeronautical  Engineering  Campus  Site
      Act.  Effective July 1, 1998.

 1        AN ACT concerning appropriations.
 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5.  The amount of $1, or so much of  that  amount
 5    as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
 6    Fund  to the Capital Development Board to make grants for the
 7    purposes of the Parks Aeronautical  Engineering  Campus  Site
 8    Act.
 9        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect July
10    1, 1998.
