 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3375
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3375  on  page  4,
 3    line 34, by inserting after "marriage" the following:
 4    ", except in a proceeding to enforce an order or judgment for
 5    payment  of  maintenance  or  child  support  or  to  enforce
 6    provisions relating to court-ordered visitation".
