      Adds a caption to the short title Section.

 1        AN  ACT to amend the Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center
 2    Act by changing Section 1.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.  The Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act
 6    is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (210 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 157-8.1)
 8        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This  Act  may  be  cited  as  the
 9    Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act.
