 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3446
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3446, by  replacing
 3    line 31 on page 1, and line 1 on page 2 with the following:
 4                  "(5.3)    Certain   battered  immigrants  under
 5             Section 431(c) of the  Personal  Responsibility  and
 6             Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996;".
