 1        AN ACT to amend the Pharmacy  Practice  Act  of  1987  by
 2    changing Section 2.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Pharmacy Practice Act of 1987 is  amended
 6    by changing Section 2 as follows:
 7        (225 ILCS 85/2) (from Ch. 111, par. 4122)
 8        Sec.  2.  Short  title.   This  Act shall be known as the
 9    "Pharmacy Practice Act of 1987".
