      720 ILCS 5/33F-2          from Ch. 38, par. 33F-2
          Amends the Criminal Code  of  1961.   Makes  a  stylistic
      change  in  Section  defining  the offense of unlawful use of
      body armor.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Criminal Code  of  1961  by  changing
 2    Section 33F-2.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Criminal  Code  of  1961  is  amended  by
 6    changing Section 33F-2 as follows:
 7        (720 ILCS 5/33F-2) (from Ch. 38, par. 33F-2)
 8        Sec.  33F-2. Unlawful use of body armor. A person commits
 9    the offense of unlawful use of body  armor  when  he  or  she
10    knowingly  wears  body  armor  and  is  in  possession  of  a
11    dangerous weapon in the commission or attempted commission of
12    any offense.
