          Amends the Illinois Purchasing Act by adding a caption to
      the short title Section.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Purchasing Act  by  changing
 2    Section 1.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Illinois Purchasing  Act  is  amended  by
 6    changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (30 ILCS 505/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 132.1)
 8        Sec.  1.  Short  title.   This  Act  may  be cited as the
 9    Illinois Purchasing Act.
