 1        AN  ACT  to  create the Intermodal Surface Transportation
 2    Study Commission Act of 1998.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  1.  Short  title.   This Act may be cited as the
 6    Intermodal Surface Transportation  Study  Commission  Act  of
 7    1998.
