 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3672,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    by replacing the title with the following:
 4        "AN  ACT  in  relation  to  secure child care facilities,
 5    amending named Acts."; and
 6    by deleting all of Section 5.
