          Appropriates  $102,000  to  the  Supreme  Court  for  the
      purpose of implementing Public Act 90-95 (which increased the
      annual award paid to circuit clerks  for  performing  certain
      additional  statutory duties) for the fiscal year ending July
      1, 1998.  Effective immediately.

 1        AN ACT making an appropriation to the Supreme Court.
 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section  5.   The  sum of $102,000, or so much thereof as
 5    may be necessary, is appropriated to the  Supreme  Court  for
 6    the  purpose  of implementing Public Act 90-95 for the fiscal
 7    year ending July 1, 1998.
 8        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
 9    becoming law.
