Makes appropriations to the Office of the State's
Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor for its FY 1999 ordinary and
contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 1998.

1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Office of the State's
2 Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much of
6 those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, are
7 appropriated to the Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate
8 Prosecutor for the objects and purposes hereinafter named to
9 meet its ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year
10 ending June 30, 1999:
