1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION ______
2 BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
3 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
4 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the two Houses shall convene
5 in Joint Session on Wednesday, January 22, 1997 at the hour
6 of 12:00 o'clock noon, for the purpose of hearing his
7 Excellency Governor Jim Edgar present to the General Assembly
8 his Report on the Condition of the State, as required by
9 Article V, Section 13, of the Constitution of the State of
10 Illinois.
