1 BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
2 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
3 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the two Houses shall convene
4 in Joint Session on Wednesday, January 28, 1998 at the hour
5 of 12:00 o'clock noon, for the purpose of hearing his
6 Excellency Governor Jim Edgar present to the General Assembly
7 his Report on the Condition of the State, as required by
8 Article V, Section 13, of the Constitution of the State of
9 Illinois.
