 1               AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 65
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Joint Resolution  65  on
 3    page 1, by replacing lines 17 through 20 with the following:
 4    "SENATE  CONCURRING  HEREIN,  that  a 14-member Task Force be
 5    formed to study the modernization of laws dealing with public
 6    records; the Task Force shall consist of a  designee  of  the
 7    Governor,  the  Secretary  of  State,  the  Cook County Local
 8    Records Commission, the Local Records Commission,  the  Mayor
 9    of the City".
