2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 123, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 4, by replacing lines 31 through 33 with the
5 following:
6 "(12) One member being the Cook County Public
7 Defender or his or her designee;"; and
8 on page 5, line 2, by replacing "investigator; and" with
9 "investigator;"; and
10 on page 5, by replacing line 6 with the following:
11 "rights organizations; and
12 (15) One member being the State Appellate Defender
13 or his or her designee.".
