 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 162
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  162  on  page  3,
 3    below line 4, by inserting the following:
 4        "For  purposes  of  this Section, "municipality"  means a
 5    municipality, as defined in Section  1-1-2  of  the  Illinois
 6    Municipal Code.".
