          Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act by  making
      a technical change to the Short Title.

 1        AN  ACT  to amend the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act
 2    by changing Section 1.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  Illinois Public Labor Relations Act is
 6    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (5 ILCS 315/1) (from Ch. 48, par. 1601)
 8        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 9    cited as the "Illinois Public Labor Relations Act".
