1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 225
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 225, as amended,
3 with regard to Senate Amendment number one, on page one by
4 inserting after line 23 the following:
5 "(g) An appointed volunteer or private or public entity
6 under contract pursuant to this section shall assume all
7 liability for and hold the property owner and his agents and
8 employees harmless from any and all claims of action
9 resulting from the work of the appointed volunteer or public
10 or private entity.".
