          Amends the Bureau for the  Blind  Act.   Makes  stylistic
      changes in the short title Section.  Effective immediately.

 1        AN  ACT to amend the Bureau for the Blind Act by changing
 2    Section 1.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  Bureau for the Blind Act is amended by
 6    changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (20 ILCS 2410/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 3411)
 8        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 9    cited as the Bureau for the Blind Act.

11        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
12    becoming law.
