 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 320
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 320,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    by replacing the title with the following:
 4        "AN ACT regarding public welfare."; and
 5    by inserting above Section 95, the following:
 6        "Section   10.    The  Mental  Health  and  Developmental
 7    Disabilities Code is  amended  by  adding  Section  5-120  as
 8    follows:
 9        (405 ILCS 5/5-120 new)
10        Sec.   5-120.   Pilot  project  with  not-for-profits  to
11    provide services.  The Department may enter  into  agreements
12    with  not-for-profit  organizations to conduct pilot projects
13    to  provide  case   management,   screening   services,   and
14    monitoring    services   for   persons   with   developmental
15    disabilities.".
