          Amends  the  Illinois  Chemical  Safety  Act  to  make  a
      technical change.

 1        AN ACT to amend  the  Illinois  Chemical  Safety  Act  by
 2    changing Section 10.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5. The Illinois Chemical Safety Act is amended by
 6    changing Section 10 as follows:
 7        (430 ILCS 45/10) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 960)
 8        Sec. 10.  Trade secret  information.  Disclosure  to  the
 9    public  of any information required to be provided under this
10    Act  that  which  is  claimed  to  be  a  trade   secret   or
11    confidential  business  information,  shall be subject to the
12    provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.
