 1        AN ACT to  amend  the  Environmental  Protection  Act  by
 2    changing Section 19.8.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Environmental Protection Act  is  amended
 6    by changing Section 19.8 as follows:
 7        (415 ILCS 5/19.8) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1019.8)
 8        Sec.  19.8.  Committee.  The Director of the Agency shall
 9    appoint a Committee  to  advise  the  Agency  concerning  the
10    financial structure of the Fund.  The Committee shall consist
11    of  representatives  from  appropriate  State  agencies,  the
12    financial   community,   engineering   societies   and  other
13    interested  parties.   The  Committee  shall  meet  at  least
14    annually and members shall be reimbursed for  their  ordinary
15    and  necessary  expenses  incurred  in the performance of the
16    Committee's duties.
