 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 373
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 373, by  inserting
 3    immediately  below  the  last  Section at end of the bill the
 4    following:
 5    "Section 999.  Effective date.  This Act  takes  effect  upon
 6    becoming law.".
