          Amends the Energy Assistance Act  of  1989  by  making  a
      stylistic  change  in provisions regarding the short title of
      the Act.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Energy  Assistance  Act  of  1989  by
 2    changing Section 1.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Energy Assistance Act of 1989 is  amended
 6    by changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (305 ILCS 20/1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 1401)
 8        Sec. 1.  Short Title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 9    cited as the "Energy Assistance Act of 1989".
