 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 455
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 455, on page 7, by
 3    deleting line 33 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
 4    "garbage, waste, or recyclable materials if such  vehicle  is
 5    traveling  at  a  speed  not  in  excess of 15 miles per hour
 6    during  the  vehicle's  operation  and  in  the   course   of
 7    collecting garbage, waste, or recyclable materials.  However,
 8    in  no instance shall the load extend more than 7 feet beyond
 9    the front wheels of the vehicle or the front  bumper  of  the
10    vehicle if it is equipped with a front bumper."
