      Act. Provides the short title.

 1        AN  ACT  to create the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
 2    Practice Act.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  1.  Short  title.   This Act may be cited as the
 6    Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practice Act.
