 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 475
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 475 on page 5,  by
 3    replacing lines 11 through 17 with the following:
 4        "If,  prior  to  making  a final local siting decision, a
 5    county  board  or  governing  body  of  a  municipality   has
 6    negotiated  and  entered into a host agreement with the local
 7    siting applicant,  the  terms  and  conditions  of  the  host
 8    agreement,  whether  written  or oral, shall be disclosed and
 9    made a part of the  hearing  record  for  that  local  siting
10    proceeding.".
