 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 496
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  496  on  page  2,
 3    immediately below line 20, by inserting the following:
 4        "The  provisions  of  this Section shall not apply to the
 5    driver of the boat, a person while fishing or to a person  on
 6    private property.".
