 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  549  on  page  1,
 3    line   17,   by  changing  "a  business  enterprise"  to  "an
 4    out-of-State business enterprise locating in Illinois"; and
 5    on page 3, line 14, by changing "a  business  enterprise"  to
 6    "an  out-of-State  business enterprise locating in Illinois";
 7    and
 8    on page 5, line 10, by changing "a  business  enterprise"  to
 9    "an  out-of-State  business enterprise locating in Illinois";
10    and
11    on page 7, line 5, by changing "a business enterprise" to "an
12    out-of-State business enterprise locating in Illinois".
