          Amends the Illinois Optometric Practice Act  of  1987  to
      add a caption.

 1        AN  ACT  to amend the Illinois Optometric Practice Act of
 2    1987 by changing Section 21.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.  The Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987
 6    is amended by changing Section 21 as follows:
 7        (225 ILCS 80/21) (from Ch. 111, par. 3921)
 8        Sec. 21.  Roster.     The  Department  shall  maintain  a
 9    roster  of  the  names  and  addresses  of  all licensees and
10    certificate holders and of  all  persons  whose  licenses  or
11    certificates  have  been  suspended  or revoked.  This roster
12    shall be available upon written request and  payment  of  the
13    required fee.
