      concerning the powers of the Department of Agriculture.  Adds
      a caption.

 1        AN ACT concerning agriculture.
 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5.  The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois  is
 5    amended by changing Section 40.16 as follows:
 6        (20 ILCS 205/40.16) (from Ch. 127, par. 40.16)
 7        Sec.  40.16.   Animal  welfare. To execute and administer
 8    acts and rules relating to animal welfare.
