      change to a provision concerning the definition of "Director"
      and "Department".

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  Unemployment  Insurance  Act  by
 2    changing Section 201.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.  The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by
 6    changing Section 201 as follows:
 7        (820 ILCS 405/201) (from Ch. 48, par. 311)
 8        Sec. 201.  Director;  Department.  "Director"  means  the
 9    Director  of  the  Department  of  Employment  Security,  and
10    "Department" means the Department of Employment Security.
