1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 645
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 645, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 7, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with "to any
5 public or private elementary or secondary school in Illinois
6 or to any foundation established under Section 501(c)(3) of
7 the Internal Revenue Code to raise moneys for any public or
8 private elementary or secondary school in Illinois, as
9 certified by"; and
10 on page 13, by replacing lines 31 and 32, with "to any public
11 or private elementary or secondary school in Illinois or to
12 any foundation established under Section 501(c)(3) of the
13 Internal Revenue Code to raise moneys for any public or
14 private elementary or secondary school in Illinois, as
15 certified by"; and
16 on page 18, by replacing lines 7 and 8 with "to any public or
17 private elementary or secondary school in Illinois or to any
18 foundation established under Section 501(c)(3) of the
19 Internal Revenue Code to raise moneys for any public or
20 private elementary or secondary school in Illinois, as
21 certified by".
