1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 671
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 671 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the Horse Racing Act of 1975 by changing
5 Section 1."; and
6 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
7 following:
8 "(230 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 8, par. 37-1)
9 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
10 cited as the "Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975".
