 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 677
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 677,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    in Section 5, by replacing paragraph (3) of subsection (a) of
 4    Sec. 18-165 with the following:
 5             "(3)  Auto    racing.     Any    property   designed
 6        exclusively for the racing of motor vehicles which became
 7        subject to property taxation after September 24, 1984 and
 8        is located within a county with 225,000 or more but  less
 9        than 300,000 inhabitants. Such abatement shall not exceed
10        a period of 10 years.".
