      technical changes to the Short Title.

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  State  Printing Contracts Act by
 2    changing Section 1.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The State Printing Contracts Act is amended
 6    by changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (30 ILCS 515/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 132.201)
 8        Sec. 1. Short title.  This Act shall be known and may  be
 9    cited as the "State Printing Contracts Act".
