          Amends the State Finance Act by making technical  changes
      to the Short Title.

 1        AN ACT to amend the State Finance Act by changing Section
 2    1.1.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The State Finance Act is amended by  changing
 6    Section 1.1 as follows:
 7        (30 ILCS 105/1.1) (from Ch. 127, par. 137.1)
 8        Sec.  1.1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may
 9    be cited as the "State Finance Act".
