      620 ILCS 5/44a rep.
          Amends the Illinois Aeronautics Act to repeal  a  Section
      concerning  sending  information  to the county clerk for tax
      purposes.  Effective immediately.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Aeronautics Act by repealing
 2    Section 44a.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        (620 ILCS 5/44a rep.)
 6        Section  5.  The  Illinois  Aeronautics Act is amended by
 7    repealing Section 44a.
 8        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
 9    becoming law.
