      215 ILCS 5/Art. VIII rep.
          Amends the Illinois Insurance Code.  Repeals Article VIII
      of the Code, which  regulates  the  investments  of  domestic
      insurance companies.

 1        AN  ACT to amend the Illinois Insurance Code by repealing
 2    Article VIII.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        (215 ILCS 5/Art. VIII rep.)
 6        Section  5.  The  Illinois  Insurance  Code is amended by
 7    repealing Article VIII.
