 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 827
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 827,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 1, by replacing lines 5  through  8  with  the
 5    following:
 6             "(1)  knowingly  and without lawful authority enters
 7        or remains within a building ; or"; and
 8    on page  2,  immediately  below  line  4,  by  inserting  the
 9    following:
10        "For  purposes  of  item  (1)  of  this  subsection, this
11    Section shall not apply to a building which is  open  to  the
12    public  while  the  building is open to the public during its
13    normal hours of operation.".
