 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 853
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  853  on  page  1,
 3    line 9, by replacing "his designee" with the following:
 4    "a  person  designated  in  writing by the  Director for this
 5    purpose"; and
 6    on  page  3,  line  7,  by  inserting  after  "release."  the
 7    following:
 8    "Any disclosure  of  information  pursuant  to  this  Section
 9    shall  not identify the healthcare provider facility or other
10    maker  or   source   of   any   psychological,   psychiatric,
11    therapeutic,  clinical,  or  medical reports, evaluations, or
12    like materials.".
