          Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act  of  1975.   Adds  a
      caption  and  makes  a  technical  change  to the short title
      Section.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975  by
 2    changing Section 1.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Illinois Horse  Racing  Act  of  1975  is
 6    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (230 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 8, par. 37-1)
 8        Sec.  1. Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 9    cited as the the "Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975".
