 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 910
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 910,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 4, line 25, by replacing "13" with "17"; and
 5    on page 5, by inserting after line 27 the following:
 6        "(9)  Four persons, one of whom shall  be  named  by  the
 7    Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom shall be
 8    named by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives,
 9    one  of  whom  shall be named by the President of the Senate,
10    and one of whom shall be named by the Minority Leader of  the
11    Senate.".
