          Amends the Illinois Governmental  Ethics  Act  by  making
      technical changes to the Short Title.

 1        AN  ACT  to amend the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act by
 2    changing 1-101.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  Illinois  Governmental  Ethics  Act is
 6    amended by changing Section 1-101 as follows:
 7        (5 ILCS 420/1-101) (from Ch. 127, par. 601-101)
 8        Sec. 1-101. Short title.  This Act shall be known and may
 9    be cited as the "Illinois Governmental Ethics Act."
