 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 953
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 953 on page 13, by
 3    replacing lines 29 and 30 with the following:
 4    "committed with knowledge that such imitation is intended  to
 5    be  used  to  cause  confusion,  or  to  cause mistake, or to
 6    deceive.".
