 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1028
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1028, on  page  6,
 3    by replacing lines 13 through 18 with the following:
 4        "(a-5)    It  is  unlawful  for any person to possess any
 5    substance with the intent to use the substance to  facilitate
 6    the manufacture of any controlled or counterfeit substance or
 7    controlled  substance analog other than as authorized by this
 8    Act.
 9        (b)  A violation of this Section is a Class 4 felony.".
